For those of our friends and family flying in, please use Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Upon arrival at the airport, guests will need to either rent a vehicle, book a shuttle, or coordinate with us for carpool options for the 1.5 hour drive east into the mountains. Once you're at Suncadia, the resort grounds for the weekend, everything is within close proximity requiring limited travel.
Accommodation
The vision for the wedding centered around the idea of a full weekend with our friends and family in close proximity. In anticipation of family and friends staying 2+ nights, we have provided three options for guests to book their stays.
First option: Swiftwater Residences
These homes are located at the venue and is where most family and friends will be staying. We have a reserved block of homes together and would love for any and all to stay with us here.
Second option: Suncadia Lodge + Resort
Located a quick shuttle away, this option allows those who would like to explore another beautiful option within the Suncadia resort.
Third option: Best Western Snowcap Lodge
A short 10-minute drive away is the best available rate that we could find acknowledging this is an expensive weekend. For guests who choose to stay here, we will provide a shuttle to and from for the day of the wedding.

Swiftwater Residences
*Please note, if you're not traveling with a group and unable to fill a townhome, we are more than happy to organize you with other friends into a home.
As noted, we, along with our families, plan to stay in these townhomes throughout our wedding weekend! We would love for our guests to consider renting these townhomes and to be our neighbors <3
Each townhome comes with access to the onsite clubhouse, pool, and gym, where we plan to hang out together through the weekend. Additionally, the townhomes include a Par 3 golf park where you can chip and putt whenever you would like - no reservation required.
Each townhome is 4 bed / 4.5 bath:
Bedroom 1: King + Full bath
Bedroom 2: King + Full bath
Bedroom 3: King + Full bath
Bedroom 4: Queen + Queen + Full bath
Within our wedding block, the price decreases to $900/night + cleaning/resort fee/taxes. To book with the discount, please select either Cask or Tannin homes and enter the promo code "SUMMERWEDDING2025".
Our block is from Friday, Aug 1, to Sun, Aug 3, - a two night minimum. However, feel free to enjoy the discount for the townhome any additional days between 7/28 and 8/6.

(There is a wedding scheduled for the next day, August 2, with guests planning to rent these townhomes. If interested, please book sooner rather than later!)
Suncadia Resort - Destination by Hyatt
The Village of Suncadia consists of 6,000 stunning acres of land, including the venue and townhome lodgings of Swiftwater. The stunning mountains, meadows, rivers, and numerous activities in Suncadia make it one of our favorite places in Washington, and we cannot wait for you to experience it yourself!
Suncadia is not only a resort owned by Hyatt with 2 hotels, but it is also a community with privately owned homes and condos. If you are interested in renting a home with others or a single, private hotel room on the property, there are two ways:
1) You can use Suncadia's website to book with Hyatt - there are 2 hotels and many, many neighborhoods with houses.
2) Look for personal rentals on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. (including privately owned condos in the Lodge Hotel) that are likely at a lower rate than booking through Hyatt, but do not include access to the resort amenities
The entire Suncadia Village has access to schedule Suncadia shuttles that can bring you to and from the wedding in addition to anywhere else on the property.
Best Western Snowcap Lodge
The Cle Elum Best Western Snowcap Lodge is a 10 minute drive down the road from our venue, Swiftwater Cellars. This would be a good option for our amazing guests looking to celebrate with us while spending less. For those staying at Snowcap Lodge, we will provide shuttle transportation to and from our wedding. Please let us know if this applies to you so that we can ensure transportation.
